Walking into the club on Saturday night was like stepping into a whole new world. One where the insane is the norm and your worst nightmares can come true. I’m talking about “HELL’S CIRCUS” AT CJ’s in Pueblo, Colorado. Imagine all of your senses under repeated attack; the screaming guitar, thumping bass and killer vocals. The lights flashing like at an accident scene on the freeway and evil clowns and dancers all combine to give a testosterone driven show that will send you over the edge.
Se7en Days Lost is one of the premier Metal shows in Southern Colorado, ranking high partly because the band goes beyond playing the music and belting out tune after tune; the floor show is phenomenal.
Se7en Days lost, Hells Circus and The Graveyard Girls all combine to give fans a show far beyond expectations. And who would argue with a Devil, a pig, a specter or the masked drummer? Ye that’s right, I said it!
The band consists of Mike Trejo, Joe Vallejo, Mike Rod (Rodriguez) and Gary Higman, when combined make for a unique sound reminiscent of the 80’s metal bands. Influenced by eighties standouts such as Black Sabbath, Alice Cooper, WASP, and Kiss, add a little death metal to the mix and what you get is a sound unique Se7en Days Lost.
Imagine the hard pounding beat of “Whiskey and Gasoline” belted out as the lovely Graveyard girls dance, bumping and grinding in a way only girls from a graveyard can.
I would recommend this show to anyone and and would go as far as guarantee a hellish good time.
